BY MAILING THIS DEPOSIT FORM, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

I understand:

· That I have read the kitten/cat CONTRACT and will sign it prior to purchasing the kitten.

· That the deposit is non-refundable.

· That I am paying with cash or cashier’s check the balance due.

· That I will receive photos during the deposit time so I can see my kitten maturing.

· That a specific kitten will be held for me upon viewing photos or visiting the litter and if due to unforeseen circumstances, the selected kitten is unavailable then the deposit may be returned, another kitten of the same sex and color may be selected or I can wait for another litter.

· When notified that the kitten is ready to leave, I will personally be picking up my kitten within a reasonable time.

· The federal APHIS rules and regulations state: “the seller, buyer, and the animal available for sale are physically present so that every buyer may personally observe the animal prior to purchasing and/or taking custody of that animal after purchase”
